[After the encounter with the girl from Sora's Heart – Xion, her name is Xion… and the thought makes his heart ache for some reason – Riku can't help but frown. Her story, or what she had told him of it anyway, makes sense to his Heart, but his head? His head is more skeptical.
But well… there may be someone who can confirm her story. Riku might as well ask, right? Right.]
[Part of him wants to be angry that Riku doesn't remember her, because Xion deserves to be remembered, but how can he be? It's not Riku's fault. It's Xemnas'.]
It only took a minute for me. Then everything came back.
Right now, I can only see the holes… but maybe if I keep poking at them, the memories will come back.
[Riku hopes at least. He really hates not remembering something, someone this important. Someone that is connected to them, to Sora and Kairi, somehow.]
Almost makes me wish Naminé was here. She could help, probably.
[Why haven't they yet? Are the memories just not important enough to Riku? Or is it that Roxas had more of them, is it that he and Xion were so strongly connected that memories of many days together couldn't help but tumble back into his mind? He doesn't know. He only knows why they left in the first place.]
Maybe. But I don't think so. This isn't the same as when Sora lost his memories.
[He's sure of that even though he doesn't know all the details of what happened in Castle Oblivion while he'd been kept far away.]
[Well, Sora's memories had been a special case so Riku doesn't expect it to be the same as then… there are memories that Sora never got back, after all.]
Well, if it really isn't and if you got them back, then I should be able to regain them too.
[He still would love to have Naminé's input, even if she didn't do– wait what?]
What do you mean, 'you did'?
[Because last time Riku checked, Roxas doesn't have that kind of power. Or does he?]

Do you know a girl named Xion?
Re: text;
Yes.
She's my best friend.

She was in the Organization with you?
Re: text;
[Just one word, a simple answer, when none of it was simple.]
Why don't you remember now?

[There's a hole… probably right where Xion was supposed to be. That much he knows.]

Naminé didn't do this. I did.

It's because of me that people forgot her.]
[He takes a breath. Thinks about what to say before he continues typing. There are ways to be perfectly clear, but they're still too painful.]
When someone made from memories stops existing, there's no way for anyone to remember them.
